Introducing Cadi

This is Cadi Lambert, who is available for Life Coaching at the Counselling West Bridgford Office at Pavilion House.

Cadi is the founder of Shine Life Coaching, and is a qualified Life and Wellness Coach who would love to help you reach your goals in life.

What can Life Coaching help me with?

What do you want to achieve? Life Coaching can help with a huge range of goals. Everything from relationships with others to getting fitter and healthier or finding a new job. A goal could be very specific, such as training for a marathon or it could be more general, such as I want to work out where I want to be in five years time.

Often anxiety can hold us back when we want to move forward. With Life Coaching we can look at the root of the anxiety and work to ask your brain to view things in a whole new way. So the things which made you anxious actually become a positive in your life. 

Perhaps you have a difficult relationship with someone and feel stuck on where to go next. Maybe it’s a better work/life balance you’re looking for. Perhaps you want to redecorate your house but don’t know where to start! Life coaching can help with all these things and many more.

What to Expect from working with Cadi

“Life Coaching is all about unlocking the amazing resources you already have inside you to allow you to move forward with your goals, dreams and ambitions.

As a life coach I work using person centered methods, basically, putting you in charge. Instead of me telling you what to do or how to act, we work together to get to the fantastic solutions you already have inside you. The person centered approach is often referred to as a talking therapy. And that’s pretty accurate – we talk and we look to the future, rather than delving into the past.

If you want to improve your overall health and wellbeing, or you have a specific goal you’re working towards, but you’re finding it hard to get started or stay on track, I can help.

If there is another side to my metaphorical toolbox it is NLP (neuro linguistic programming). Both NLP and person centred methods sit perfectly together to create a pretty awesome box of tools.

In our initial chat I will get to know more about you and what you would like to get from coaching. You can also ask me any questions to make you feel more confident and comfortable with being coached.”

Cadi’s Credentials

Cadi trained as a Life Coach with Simply Changing Coaching Academy. Achieving a Level 5 Diploma In Performance Coaching with NLP, endorsed under ABC Awards & Certa Awards Quality Licence Scheme and professionally accredited by the National Council of Psychotherapists. Cadi also holds her NLP Practitioner Certificate and is a member of the Association for Coaching.

More about Cadi

Cadi is a great lover of the outdoors, using it to keep physically and mentally healthy. She is usually found running around the countryside, with her dog Brew by her side. When it comes to a physical challenge she usually finds herself saying ‘yes’ before thinking about it. A habit which has seen her attempt to run across Iceland unsupported, cycle from London to Paris in 24 hours and compete in white water rafting in Romania.

Losing a partner to suicide in 2014 was a real catalyst for change in Cadi’s life. She realised she could allow the experience to define her life in a good or bad way. She chose good. Now, Cadi loves to share her joy in living each day with others and this is what brought her to life coaching. A new way for Cadi to bring good to the lives of others.
